What we collect and why

Through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, subject, message and the language of the site you were using. This data is only used to reply to your request and, if you wish, to build your trip with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before any agreement.

Who handles it

Your message is read by Nicolas only. The following service providers process it on our behalf:

• Make (Celonis): automatically forwards the form;
• Airtable: stores requests;
• Google: email, and audience measurement if you accept it;
• Vercel: hosts the website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

How long we keep it

Cookies and audience measurement

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to the site. Its cookies are kept for up to 13 months. Your choice is remembered for 6 months, and you can change it at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and request a copy of it by writing to contact@gaypackers.fr. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
